摘要
在高校图书馆,女性馆员举足轻重。由于女性特殊的身心因素、社会认知偏差、职业角色边缘化等因素,女性馆员容易产生职业倦怠心理。然而,高校图书馆女性馆员的职业规划和个人提升没有得到图书馆管理者的关注,女性图书馆员的自我价值认知和职业素养的提升有待进一步加强,以消除工作中的不良情绪,促进个人发展。
Female librarians are pivotal in university library.Due to female's physical and psychological factors,social cognitive bias and professional role marginalization,female librarians are prone to burnout.However,career planning and personal development of female librarians in university library do not attract library administrator's attention.Female librarians' personal value cognition and professional improvement should be strengthened to eliminate negative emotions at work and promote personal development.
