报告深入分析了天津地区高校图书馆员职业生涯管理的调查数据,进而对高校图书馆员职业生涯管理中存在的优势和不足进行分析,并提出了一些建议与对策。
The report introduces and analysis the investigation data of ‘Study on the Career Management of Academic Librarians in Tianjin＇ . The current advantages and problems of career management of academic librarians in Tianjin are analyzed. The report also puts forward some suggestions for solving the problems.
