摘要
目的观察前列舒颗粒联用氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效及中医证型疗效。方法选择Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者218例,分为对照组和试验组;对照组口服氧氟沙星,试验组在对照组基础上加服前列舒颗粒,对2组患者进行心理辅导及生活指导;观察2组慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效、中医证型疗效及CPSI评分。结果与治疗前比较,2组CPSI总分及分项评分显著下降(P<0.01);与对照组比较,试验组总有效率和痊愈率明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组中医证型疗效(湿热下注、肝气郁结、气滞血瘀、脾肾亏虚)显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论前列舒颗粒联用氧氟沙星及心理和生活指导,治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎疗效满意。
OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of Qianlieshu Granule combined levofloxacin on chronic prostatitis. METHODS Selected 218 cases of type III prostatitis patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group were administrated with ofloxacin, then treatment group were administrated with ofloxacin and Qianlieshu Granule. Mental counseling and life guidance were taken for both of them. The clinical effect of chronic prostatitis, therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome type and CPSI score of two groups were observed. RESULTS Compared with before treatment, two groups CPSI total score and scores decreased significantly（P〈0.01）; Compared with control group, treatment group total effective rate and cure rate increased significantly（P〈0.05）, therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome type （hot and humid betting, diseases with ease, qi and blood stasis, spleen and kidney deficiency） of treatment group were improved significantly comparedwith control group（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Qianlieshu Granule combined ofloxacin and mental counseling and life guidance, could effectively treat type III prostatitis, curative effect is good.
