摘要
目的探讨基于规律排精而辅以特拉唑嗪的综合疗法对IIIA型前列腺炎的治疗效果。方法33例IIIA型前列腺炎患者(其中15例已经接受过其他方案的治疗),均被建议规律排精每周2次,同时口服盐酸特拉唑嗪2mg1日1次。观察慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)及前列腺液中白细胞计数的改善情况。结果患者经过1～3个月的随访,治疗前后CPSI评分分别为(27.91±5.79)和(12.42±7.23)(t=11.749,P<0.001)。前列腺液白细胞计数分别为(34.39±23.04)和(17.27±10.57)(t=5.877,P<0.001)。总有效率84.8%。结论基于规律排精的综合疗法治疗IIIA型前列腺炎患者容易接受,安全有效。即使在常规疗法失败后也可试用。
[Objective] To investigate the efficacy of a combining treatment based on regular ejaculation and assisted with terazosin for type ⅢA prostatitis. [Methods] 33 patients, including 15 cases that had undergone other therapies, were suggested to ejaculate twice a week regularly and take terazosin 2 mg per day, The National Institutes of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index （NIH-CPSI） and WBC in EPS were observed. [Results] The total effective rate was 84.8%. Mean changes from the initial to the final score on NIH-CPSI Were （27.91±5.79） to （12.42±7.23） （t=11.749, P 〈0.001）, and on WBC count were from （34.39±23.04） to （17.27±10.57） （t=5.877, P 〈 0.001）. [Conclutions] The combining treatment based on regular ejaculation can be successful in the majority of patients with type ⅢA prostatitis, even those defeated from conventional therapies.
