摘要
根据镀锡板的多层结构,研究了三种镀锡板表面的孔隙类型。采用孔隙率测试方法分析了不同锡量的镀锡板脱锡前后的铁溶出值变化。结果表明:脱自由锡层前,铁溶出值与镀锡量和合金层厚度直接相关,孔隙以B类孔隙为主;脱自由锡层后,铁溶出值与合金层厚度无明显线性相关性,明确了孔隙率测试结果中铁源为基板铁和合金态铁,证明了合金层和基板的铁腐蚀速率存在差异。
Three pinhole types were investigated based on the multilayered structure of tinplate. Iron solubility value variation of tinplates with different tin content before and after removal of tin was analyzed using porosity test method. Results showed that, before removal of tin, iron solubility value was directly related to tin coating weight and alloy coating thickness, and the pinhole was mainly B type. After removal of tin, iron solubility value has no significant linear correlation with alloy coating thickness. It definite that the iron source was from base plate iron and alloy state iron, and also evidence that there was difference between the corrosion rate of alloy coating and base plate iron.
