甲基磺酸(MSA)与苯酚磺酸(PSA)对电镀锡工艺的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Methanesulfonic Acid(MSA)and Phenolic Sulfonic Acid(PSA)on Tin Electroplating Process

摘要 某电镀锡机组将PSA电镀工艺转变为MSA电镀工艺,通过实验测得MSA电镀工艺化学需氧量、总有机碳量以及锡泥产生率远远低于PSA电镀工艺。对两种工艺生产的相同规格镀锡板的各项性能进行研究,结果表明,使用MSA电镀工艺生产的镀锡板锡层均匀性、黑灰程度、铁溶出等性能均优于使用PSA电镀工艺生产的镀锡板。 A tin electroplating unit converted the PSA electroplating process to the MSA electroplating process.The chemical oxygen demand,total organic carbon content and tin mud generation rate of the MSA electroplating process were measured by experiments,which are far lower than the PSA electroplating process.The properties of tin-plated sheets of the same specification produced by the two processes are studied.The results show that the tin plate uniformity,the degree of black ash,and the iron leaching properties of the tin plate produced by the MSA electroplating process are better than the tin plate produced by the PSA electroplating process.
