摘要
应用电化学动电位扫描和交流阻抗法研究了含H2S的H2SO4溶液中Cl-对铁腐蚀的影响。结果表明,在含H2S的0.5mol/LH2SO4溶液中,Cl-能同时抑制铁腐蚀的阴、阳极反应,且Cl-的抑制作用存在浓度极值现象,极值点为1mol/L;在含H2S的0.005mol/LH2SO4溶液中,铁腐蚀一定时间后表面生成少许腐蚀产物,使铁腐蚀程度降低,少量Cl-可提高腐蚀产物的保护性,但降低其附着力,大量Cl-则阻止腐蚀产物的生成。
The effect of Cl-on iron corrosion in 0.5mol/L and 0.005mol/L H2SO4 solutions containing H2S hasbeen studied by electrochemical potentiodynamic polarization and impedance measurements. The resultsshow that Cl-ion can simultaneouly inhibit the anodic and cathodic reaction of iron in 0.5mol/L H2SO4containing H2S. For the inhibition action of Cl- a critical concentration is observed and the critical point is1mol/L. In 0.005mol/L H2SO4 containing H2S, small amount of Cl- can increase the protective propertyof the corrosion product on iron surface, but weaken the adhesive force of the corrosion product, however,large amount of Cl- retard the formation of the corrosion product.
