摘要
在分析泵控闭环速度控制系统工作原理的基础上,介绍了利用MATLAB/Simulink进行系统仿真的过程,分析了系统的稳态和动态性能,并进行了校正设计。结果表明,所设计的系统具有效率高、发热小、稳定性好、控制精度高、响应速度快等特点,能够满足相关设计要求。
On the basis of principle analysis of the pump control motor speed closed-loop control system, the design introduced establishment of mathematical model in detail and process of simulation with help of MATLAB/Simulink. The steady and dynamic performance is comprehensively analysed and correction network is designed. It is showed that the compensated system satisfies the design requirements such as the system efficiency high, fever small, good stability, high control accuracy, fast response, etc.
