摘要
校企合作协同创新,服务区域经济发展是职业教育的重大职能之一。调研发现,湖南省68所高职院校校企合作存在校企协同合作程度浅、资源分配不合理、社会服务能力弱等问题,这些问题是校企协同联动缺乏内生动力、校企协同合作缺乏外在操作性制度和校企协同创新缺乏支持平台与支撑主体等现实桎梏所导致。要改变这一现状需要政企校三方面共同努力,创新合作模式,采取促进校企融合,实现互利共臝;整合有效资源;实现科学管理;拓展继续教育,加强社会服务;发挥本土特色,实施品牌战略等措施。
School-enterprise＇s cooperation and innovation serving for the development of local economy is one of the functions in vocational education. The investigation shows that there are some problems exist, namely, the low cooperation of school-enterprise, unreasonable resource allocation and low service abilities of 68 vocational colleges in Hunan, otherwise, the problems caused by the inner of school-enterprise＇s cooperation lacking power, the outer of it lacking system, the supporting platform and body. To change this situation, it needs government, enterprise and school take some measures that work jointly hard, innovate cooperation mode, promote integration of school-enterprise, integrate the efficient resources, realize the scientific management, expand continuing education, strengthen social services, play local features and implement brand strategy, etc.
