校企协同创新育人机制的理论研究被引量：6

摘要高校与企业积极开展协同创新育人研究与实践是高校走内涵式发展,企业走外延性拓展,强化校企合作,推进创新型社会建设与发展的重要举措。梳理协同创新概念的形成与发展,回归协同创新的本位;探索新形势下校企协同存在的问题,从制约机制、利益驱动、文化自觉上破解协同创新的难题;精准抓住实践育人的特点,以制度创新促进协同发展,以文化自觉促进协同育人,以利益联动促进校企合作,以项目研究促进知识创新,以多元模式促进人才培养,走出一条基于培养高水平应用型人才为关切点的校企合作创新之路。
