摘要
这篇论文分析了九十年代以来中国大中型工业企业变化的工资和雇用结构,同时研究了一个技术变化的测量(技术深化)是否与技能工人的成长有紧密联系。实证分析表明技能升级与技术深化存在显著相关,这一结果也说明技术的进步是技能劳动基础上的技术进步,它明显增加了对技能工人的相对要求。
This thesis analyzed since 90's the wages of the big and medium-sized industry enterprise in China variety with employ the construction, studied whether technique variety have with the structural conversion in technical ability or not the close contact at the same time. Our Results show that technical advance is close contact with structural conversion in technical ability.
