摘要
非政府组织社会资本由结构、认知、关系三维度构成。在防艾领域,较高水平的关系维度社会资本是推动非政府组织发展的主要因素;结构维度和认知维度社会资本不仅是组织的外部资源获取的渠道,而且会推动关系维度社会资本的产生。应当综合开发和利用三维度社会资本,形成社会资本的内在良性互动,强化非政府组织成员间以及组织与外部网络主体间的信任与合作,达成集体行动,促进防艾非政府组织的可持续成长和艾滋病防治事业的发展。
The social capital of the NGO is composed of structure, cognition, and relationship. Regard- ing prevention and control of HIV/AIDS, the higher - level relational dimension social capital is the main factor that influences the development of NGOs. The social capital of the structure dimension and the cognition dimension is the external resource acquisition channel of the organizations, meanwhile it can promote the generation of social capital of relational dimension. Through comprehensive development and utilization of three - dimensional social capital, it shall form the inherently positive interaction of social capital, strengthen the trust and cooperation among the members of the non - governmental organizations and between the organizations and the main body of external network to achieve collective action, and promote the sustainable development of non - governmental organizations.
