摘要
通过对国内外具有代表性的市场化指数进行改进和增补,创立了一个包含多层指标的指数体系。以此创新的市场化指数为测度工具,通过理论和实证分析,揭示出中国市场化进程与地区收入水平的相关关系以及地区分配差异的影响机制,并为解决制度转型中的问题提供政策建议。
Ever since the launch of institutional reform from central planning economy to market-oriented economy in 1978,China has witnessed spectacular economic growth and liberalization.However the gaps of regional incomes turned to be increasingly wider,especially since 1990s,which has become a crucial social problem and draw substantial social attention.This paper creates an innovative economic freedom index by reference to similar studies.Then by this vehicle,this paper makes a theoretical analysis on the intrinsic relationship between marketization and regional difference of residence income.The overall results help to expose the influence mechanisms of marketization on the regional incomes and also draw some constructive implications on how to alleviate and solve this structural disequilibrium in the course of economic transition.
