摘要
紫外分光光度计可以测定血浆液中血红蛋白的OD值,通过OD值可以反映复合抗凝剂的使用效果。通过单因素实验和正交实验,优化出复合抗凝剂的最佳使用条件。结果显示:复合抗凝剂最优使用条件为保存温度5℃,保存时间不超过60h,溶液浓度为12%,添加比例0.5%。
Ultraviolet spectrophotometer can be used to measure the OD value of hemoglobin in the blood serum. The OD value can reflect the application effect of composite anticoagulant. Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the best application conditions of composite anticoagulants were defined. The results showed that the optimal conditions of composite anticoagulant was preservation temperature 5℃,retention time less than 60 h,solution concentration 12% and the adding proportion0. 5%.
