摘要
作者采用超薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳(ULPAGIF)检测了血痕中转铁蛋白(Tf)的亚型,探讨了不同保存温度及保存时间对血痕中Tf亚型检测结果的影响。实验结果表明,4℃保存的血痕4周后不能全部检出Tf亚型,室温和37℃保存的血痕2周(或1天)后不能全部检出Tf亚型。检测血清Tf亚型进行亲子鉴定,共做4个案例,其中1件排除了被控父亲。
Tf is an important genetic marler forboth parentage testing and personal identi-fication in forensic medicine. It is valuablein anthropolgy, genetics and clinical me-dicine. We examined the Tf subtypes in thehuman serum and dried bloodstain using theULPAGIF method. Tf subtying was perfo-rmed in four disputed parentage cases. Oneof the alleged fathers was excluded.Tf sub-types were successfully demonstrated fromdried bloodstains kept at 4℃ for up to fourweeks. In bloodstains kept at room tem-perature and 37℃,the 100% of Tf subtypingwas no longer possible after two weeks (orone day). It was suggested that the blood-stains should be examined no longer thanseven weeks if the bloodstains were keptat room temperature;or otherwise theyshould be stored below 4℃ as soon as theyare collected in forensic practice.
