摘要
作者应用等电聚焦免疫固定技术,调查了成都地区286名无血缘关系汉族青年男女的血清类粘蛋白(ORM)表现型。结果ORM1F1占47.55%,ORM1S占5.94%,ORM1F1S占42.31%,ORM1F1F2占3.15%,ORM1F2S占1.05%;ORM2A占99.30%。ORM2变异型占0.70%。由此求得血清类粘蛋白基因频率ORM1*F1为0.7028.ORM1*S为0.2762,ORM1*F2为0.0210;ORM2*A为0.9965,ORM2*var为0.0035。作者在国内外首次发现蒙古人种存有ORM1*F2基因。
The genetic polymorphism of orosomucoid (ORM) was studied in the Hart population in Chengdu using polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing followed by immunofixation with rabbit anti-human ORM serum. 286 serum samples collected at random from unrelated individuals were phenotyped for ORM. The distribution of ORM phenotype frequencies was found to be ORM_1 F_1=47.55%, ORM_1S=5.94%, ORM_1F_1S=42.31%, ORM_1F_1F_2=3.15%, ORM_1F_2S=1.05%; ORM_2A=99.30% and ORM_2 variants=0.70%. The allele frequencies were estimated to be ORM·_1F_1=0.7028, ORM_1·S=0.2762, ORM_1·F_2=0.0210; ORM_2·A=0. 9965 and ORM_2·var=0.0035. The ORM_1·F_2 allele in Mongoloids was firstly reported in the present paper.
