摘要
作者用自己建立的超薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳法,对90份保存于不同条件下的人类血痕进行了Pi亚型检测。保存于室温(12~20℃)10天、4℃及-15℃ 4周的血痕,全部能正确测出Pi亚型,超出此时限,检出率随时间延长而逐渐降低。新鲜血痕的最小检出量为4μl。本法具有灵敏、操作简便、结果可靠、节省试剂,并可长期保存等优点。对Pi在法医学个人识别中的应用提供了理论依据与实验方法。
Subtyping of Pi (α_1-AT) in 90 humanbloodstains stored under different conditionswas carried out by using ULPAGIF. Thedetectable time of Pi subtypes of all blood-stains kept at room temperature (12-20℃),4℃ and-15℃ was 10 days, 4 weeks and 4weeks respectively. Beyond this time limit.the detectable rate decreased gradually.Theminimal detectable quantity, of fresh blood-stains was 4μl. The factors influencing thedetection of Pi subtypes in bloodstains werediscussed.
