摘要
循环水泵优化运行的目的是通过调整循环水泵的运行台数使汽轮发电机组单位上网电量所消耗的能量最少。现有文献在确定机组微增出力和凝汽器真空时都需要用到理论计算或变工况曲线拟合,难免计算结果与实际情况相偏离。针对上述问题,提出了一种以冷端能量损失为研究对象的循环水泵优化运行方法,该方法以热损率作为循环水泵切换运行的判定准则,进而计算出各运行工况切换点循环水温升的比值,以温升的比值来衡量循环水泵运行的合理性,极大地提高了试验测试的精度和方便性,并将该方法应用到某300MW机组中。
The purpose of circulating pump optimization operation Was to minimize the energy consumption of per grid- connection volume through adjusting Circulating water pumps number. Theoretical calculation or variable conditions curve fitting was always used to assume condenser vacuum and slight increase output in the existing literature, which made calculation result deviate from the actual situation inevitably. In allusion to the problems above, a new method was put forward to study circulating pump optimization operation on the basis of energy loss in the cold end, in which the heat loss rate was taken as the criterion to switch operation of circulating water pump, and the ratios of circulating water temperature rise was used to measure the rationality of the circulating water pump operation, which calculated by switching point in the operating conditions. Finally, the new method which improved the accuracy and convenience of the test greatly was applied in a 300 MW power plant.
