Optimal Operation of Circulating Water System in Thermal Power Plant and Developing of Visual Software Based on Generalized Economical Dispatch Model

摘要 节能降耗与追求利润是市场经济条件下电力生产的主题,如何对电力生产进行优化调度以保证企业利润的最大化是一项值得深入研究的课题。以凝汽式发电厂循环水系统为研究对象,介绍了循环水优化运行的传统算法和广义经济调度数学模型及其求解方法,利用Visual Basic6.0可视化语言,基于Windows环境开发了循环水系统优化运行的可视化软件。通过对现场数据的仿真试验表明:该软件的投入使用可大大减少运行人员操作的盲目性,改善循环水泵粗调或不调的现状,为循环水系统经济运行提供指导。 Energy saving and consumption reduction are at the top of the agenda for a power generator to maximize its profit. Therefore, how to optimize the power generation control and dispatch to ensure a maximized return is worth intensive research. Based on a study of the circulating water system of a condensing power plant, the paper introduces the traditional computation of the optimized circulating water system operation and presents the generalized economical dispatch model and its solution. A visual software of the optimized operation is developed by means of the Visual Basic 6.0 language based on the Windows operation system. Simulation tests of the on-site data indicate that application of this software helps to substantially reduce cases of the operator's incorrect operation and improve adjusting conditions of the circulating water pump, and therefore it serves as a good guide for the economical operation of the circulating water system.
