摘要
循环水泵运行方式是影响汽轮机组经济性的重要因素之一。通过分析循环水泵启停后凝汽器真空及循环水泵厂用电率的变化对机组煤耗的影响,并利用现有的DCS监控数据进行计算分析,实时检测出机组总体煤耗的变化情况,可以立即对凝汽器是否在最佳真空状态下运行做出准确判断,从而可以直接有效地指导生产一线运行人员对循环水泵运行方式做出最优调整。该方法不受设备性能及冷端系统变化的影响,相较以往纯理论模型确定的循环水泵运行方式更加直接、灵活、便捷,更加符合生产现场实际情况,能最大限度地提高机组经济性。
The operating mode of the circulating water pump is one of the important factors affecting the economy of the steam turbine generating set.By analyzing the influence of the vacuum of the condenser and the change of the station service power consumption rate of the circulating pump on the coal consumption of the unit after its start and stop,and using the existing DCS monitoring data for calculation and analysis,the change of the total coal consumption of the unit is detected in real time,and accurate judgment can be made immediately on whether the condenser operates in the best vacuum state,which can directly and effectively guide the operators in the production line to make optimal adjustment to the operating mode of the circulating water pump.The method is not affected by the changes of the equipment performance and the cold end system,and is more direct,flexible,convenient and more in line with the actual situation of the production site compared to the previous operating mode of the circulating water pump determined by the pure theoretical model,so it can maximize the economy of the unit.
