摘要
基于次日现货电价曲线波动情况,兼顾机组运行需要、辅机制备原料能力和仓储容量等多种因素,开发火力发电厂辅机优化调度专用软件,提前1 d对可错时运行辅机的启停计划进行自动规划。理论分析和软件功能测试结果表明:对部分辅机设备优化调度后,既可以提高火力发电厂的售电收益,又有利于在用电低谷时段消纳部分电能,提高电网运行的稳定性,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Based on the fluctuation of the next day's spot electricity price curve and the following considerations of various factors,such as unit operation needs,raw material preparation capacity of auxiliary equipment and storage capacity,the specific software for the optimal scheduling of auxiliary equipment in thermal power plants was developed.The software can automatically make a start-stop plan one day in advance for auxiliary equipment that can be operated at different time periods.The results of theoretical analysis and software functional show that optimizing scheduling of some auxiliary equipment can not only improve the electricity sales revenue of thermal power plants,but also facilitate the consumption of some electricity during low electricity consumption periods,and further improve the stability of power grid operation with good economic and social benefits.
