摘要
目的:探讨雷贝拉唑钠在幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡患者中的应用效果、安全性及临床优势。方法:将122例十二指肠溃疡患者作为研究对象,所选患者均行13 C呼吸试验并确定幽门螺杆菌阳性,经随机数字表法将全部患者分为2组,即观察组行"雷贝拉唑钠+阿莫西林克拉维酸钾+甲硝唑"的三联治疗,对照组行"奥美拉唑+阿莫西林克拉维酸钾+甲硝唑"的传统三联治疗,综合比较2组患者溃疡治疗效果、幽门螺杆菌根除情况及药物安全性。结果:经治疗2周后,观察组溃疡愈合率为90.16%,高于对照组(75.41%)(P<0.05);经治疗后2组患者镜下溃疡面积较治疗前均明显缩小(P<0.01);观察组幽门螺杆菌根除率达到95.08%;对照组为81.97%,2组幽门螺杆菌根除率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);药物经济学方面,观察组C/E值为8.5明显优于对照组。结论:雷贝拉唑钠用于临床治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡具有溃疡愈合率高、幽门螺杆菌根除彻底、安全性高等优势,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To explore therapeutic effects,safety and clinical advantages of rabeprazole sodium in patients with Helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer.METHODS A total of 122 patients with duodenal ulcer underwent 13 C breath test and determined Helicobacter pylori.All patients were divided into observation group and control groups by random number table method.Patients in observation group underwent triple therapy of rabeprazole sodium combined with amoxicillin clavulanate potassium and metronidazole,while patients in control group underwent traditional triple therapy of omeprazole combined with amoxicillin clavulanate potassium and metronidazole.Therapeutic effects on ulcer,eradication of Helicobacter pylori and drug safety were compared between two groups.RESULTS Two weeks later,ulcer healing rate in observation group（90.16%）was higher than that in control group（75.41%）（P〈0.05）.After treatment,endoscopic ulcer areas of two groups were significantly reduced（P0.01）.Eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in observation group was 95.08% while in control group was81.97%（P〈0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups（P〉0.05）.For drug economics,C/E value of observation group was 8.5,significantly better than that of control group.CONCLUSION Rabeprazole sodium used against Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer has such advantages as high ulcer-healing rate,thorough eradication of Helicobacter pylori and high security.It is worthy of clinical application.
