摘要
目的观察三联疗法配合综合护理措施治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染性溃疡的临床疗效,探讨有利于提高该病治疗效果的针对性护理措施。方法选取2010年1月-2012年11月在医院进行治疗的500例Hp感染性溃疡患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各250例,两组患者均给予克拉霉素+阿莫西林+奥美拉唑三联疗法,观察组患者在此基础上接受针对性的综合护理措施,疗程结束后观察两组患者症状好转情况,溃疡愈合率及Hp根除率。结果治疗后观察组患者腹痛、上腹胀、反酸、嗳气等症状改善均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后总有效率为79.6%,观察组为92.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组Hp根除率为81.6%,观察组患者为93.2%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对Hp感染性溃疡的治疗,在常规三联疗法的基础上给予针对性护理措施可显著提高其整体治疗效果,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of triple therapy combined with comprehensive nursing in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） peptic ulcer so as to improve the therapeutic effect of targeted nursing measures. METHODS A total of 250 cases of patients with Hp peptic ulcer, who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2010 to Oct 2012, were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 250 cases in each, both groups were given the triple therapy Of omeprazole, clarithromycin plus amoxicillin, while additional targeted nursing measures were carried out in the observation group; after the treatment course, the improvement of clinical symptoms, healing rate of ulcer, and eradication rate of Hp were observed and compared between the two groups. RESULTS After the treatment, the improvements of the clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain, epigastric distention, sour regurgitation and belching of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the total effective rate of treatment was 79. 6% in the control group, 92. 0% in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）; the eradication rate of H p was 81. 6% in the control group, 93.2% in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The triple therapy combined with targeted nursing measures may significantly improve the overall therapeutic effect of treatment of Hp peptic ulcer, it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
