摘要
某复杂多金属矿含0.500%WO_3,WO_3在黑钨矿中分布率为88.40%。采用先浮选硫化矿,其尾矿回收黑钨矿的选矿方法。由于黑钨矿嵌布粒度细且与脉石关系密切,单一重选WO_3回收率低。经试验研究,采用强磁选机进行磁选富集,然后上摇床重选,中矿再磨再选,回收钨。黑钨矿得到有效回收。
A complex polymetallic ore contains 0. 500%of WO3, with its distribution rate of 88.40% in wolframite. The beneficiation method is adopted by first flotation of sulfide ore and recovery of wolframite from flotation railings. The wolframite recovery by a single process of gravity separation is low, due to the fine dissemination of wolframite and the close paragenetic relationship with gangue minerals. The test of concentration by high--intensity magnetic separation, table concentration, and middling regrinding and re- processing shows that the wolframite obtains the effective recycling.
