摘要
主要对广西某褐铁矿进行选矿试验研究,针对该矿石铁品位相对较高,含S、P成分少的性质,采用了单一重选、磁选及氧化焙烧-强磁选和还原焙烧-弱磁选工艺进行了试验研究。结果表明,采用单一摇床重选或强磁选,精矿铁品位和回收率都低,选别效果较差;采用氧化焙烧-强磁选工艺,氧化焙烧可以把原矿品位提高到57%,强磁选对提高矿石品位效果较差;采用还原焙烧-弱磁选工艺效果较好,可获得品位为59.77%、回收率为77.24%铁精矿。
Research on Beneficiation experimental study of limonite ore in Guangxi is presented in this paper,according to the ore property which iron grade is relatively high,and S,P content is relatively low,series beneficiation methods are adopted for the experimental study which are single gravity concentration,magnetic separation,oxidizing roasting-high intensity magnetic separation,reduction roasting-low intensity magnetic separation.The test result shows,if only adopting single gravity separation by tabling or high intensity magnetic separation,the iron concentration grade and recovery are low,the selective recovery result is bad;if adopting oxidizing roasting-high intensity magnetic separation process,oxidizing roasting can improve the raw ore grade to 57%,and the improvement result of ore grade by high intensity magnetic separation is bad;if adopting reduction roasting-low intensity magnetic separation process,the concentrate grade is TFe 59.77%,and the recovery is 77.24%.
