微细粒黑钨矿选择性絮凝工艺中调整剂的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以FD为选择性絮凝剂,本文对四种分散剂(水玻璃、六偏磷酸钠、氟硅酸钠、酸化水玻璃)分散四种脉石矿物(石英、萤石、方解石、石榴石)的行为进行了研究,并对水中Ca ̄(2+)、Mg ̄(2+)影响选择性絮凝工艺以及选择适宜调整剂克服水中Ca ̄(2+),Mg ̄(2+)的影响进行了研究。结果表明:Na_2CO_8能很好地克服水中Ca ̄(2+)和Mg ̄(2+)的不良影响,六偏磷酸钠是微细粒黑钨矿选择性絮凝工艺中最佳的分散剂。人工混合矿试验表明:采用最佳药剂制度可使微细粒黑钨矿与四种脉石分离,并取得了令人满意的分选指标。 With FD used as selective flocculant,the dispersion behavier of four kinds of dispersants(sodium silicate(SS),sodium hexametaphosphate(SHP),sodium fluosilicate(SFS),acidized sodium silicate(ASS))for four kinds of gangues(quartz, fluorite, calcite,garnet)has been studied. Moreover,the effects of Ca ̄(2+) ,Mg ̄(2+) on the process of selective flocculation and the selection of fit regulators used to overcome the counter effects of Ca ̄(2+),Mg ̄(2+) in water have also been studied. The results showed that the counter ef fects of Ca ̄(2+), Mg ̄(2+)in water can be overcome by Na_2CO_3 effectively,and SHPis the best dispersant in the process of selective flocculation for wolfra-mite fines.The separation results of manmade mixtures showed that the wol-framite fines can be separated from four kinds of gangues with the best rea-gent system,and the separation results gained are satisfied.
