摘要
采用以水玻璃为主的组合抑制剂,BD单─抑制剂和以苯甲羟肟酸为主的混合捕收剂,处理柿竹园多金属矿白钨加温精选尾矿,品位含WO3为1.74%(质量分数),经一次粗选、三次扫选、三次精选,能获得精矿品位WO3>65%,回收率>90%(质量分数)的闭路试验结果.
In this study,a sodium silicate base depressant,a BD depressant and a benzyl hydroxamic acid base collector are adopted to process heat flotation tailings in Shizhuyuan plant.The tailings contain 1.74% WO3,by use of one time of rough flotation,three times of scavening,three times of cleaning, wolframite concentrate containing WO3 over65% can be obtained,with a recovery of WO3 over 90%.
