3个现行家蚕品种的蚕蛹油脂肪酸组成测定 被引量:9

Determination of Fatty Acid Composition in Pupal Oil of 3 Current Silkworm Varieties

摘要 基于广西蚕区利用丰富蚕蛹资源开发优质保健食品的需求,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法检测分析广西蚕区现行3个家蚕品种的蚕蛹油脂肪酸组分及相对含量。检测结果表明:家蚕品种两广二号、桂蚕N2和桂蚕2号的蚕蛹油脂肪酸组分分别有12、10、11种,主要包括棕榈酸、α-亚麻酸、油酸、亚油酸、硬脂酸,其中均以油酸的含量最高,但各品种间蚕蛹油脂肪酸组分的相对含量存在一定差异;3个家蚕品种蚕蛹油中的不饱和脂肪酸相对含量均较高,质量分数为64.65%~67.23%,其中单不饱和脂肪酸与多不饱和脂肪酸的比例以桂蚕N2的蚕蛹油最接近理想值。依据检测结果认为,家蚕品种桂蚕N2的蚕蛹油更适合加工蛹油保健产品。 To meet the demand of high quality healthcare food development using abundant silkworm pupa resource in sericultural areas of Guangxi, fatty acid composition and content in pupal oil of three current silkworm varieties in sericultural areas of Guangxi was determined and analyzed by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that there were 12, 10 and 11 fatty acids in pupal oil of silkworm varieties Liangguang 2, Guican N2 and Guican 2. It is mainly composed of palmitic acid, α-linolenic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and stearic acid. Among them, the content of oleic acid was the highest in all three samples. The relative content of fatty acids in pupal oil from different silkworm varieties was different. The relative content of unsaturated fatty acids in pupal oil from three silkworm varieties was quite high, with a mass fraction from 64.65% to 67.23%, among which the ratio of monounsaturated fatty acid and polyunsaturated fatty acid in pupal oil from Guican N2 was the closest to the ideal value. Based on the deter- mined results, it is considered that pupal oil of silkworm variety Guican N2 was more suitable for preparing healthcare food.
