摘要
对10个柞蚕品种的雌特异蛋白进行了测定,同时对血淋巴雌特异蛋白含量与若干经济性状的相关性进行了分析。结果表明,柞蚕雌特异蛋白含量与某些经济性状密切相关。因此,柞蚕雌特异蛋白含量可以作为一项生理指标,在柞蚕育种中加以应用,对某些经济性状进行早期预测或选择。
As an important biological resource,Antheraea pernyi has been played role in the development of national economy.Female peculiar protein（FPP） is a gender difference protein,which can provide nutrition for insect metamorphosis and imago growth as a protein storing room.The FPP in haemolymph of 10 species was the correlation between FPP content and some economic quotas were analyzed in the paper.The analysis of the correlation between the FPP content and the economic quotas showed they were closely related.So,the FPP content can be taken as a physiological quota to forecast the output and some properties of vitality in the course of breeding.
