摘要
自2008年以来,全国职业院校技能大赛已举办了8届,8年来,它在各方面不断走向成熟。自身的制度建设不断完善,赛项设置更加契合社会发展理念,更加关注学生职业精神的培养。同时,也要思考大赛如何面向全体学生,如何更好的与日常教学结合起来,如何立足校本实际,校企结合。从发展的角度看,大赛要在理念上更加开放,要实现相关部门无缝对接,要探索将"精英比赛"变成"检验比赛"的路径。
The national skills competition for vocational school students has held 8 years since 2008, and it has becoming mature in all aspects： its system construction is continuously improved, competition items setting is more closely related with social development, and the competition is paying more attention to cultivate students＇ professional spirit. At the same time, some points need to give deep considerations： how the competition can face to all students, how it can better combine with the daily teaching, and how it can be based on the school and carry out school-enterprise combination. The paper proposed that competition concept should be more open, achieve seamless docking with stakeholders, and explore the pathways to transform elite competition into a test game path.
