摘要
职业院校学生参加的各种级别的技能比赛,其质量高低取决于它使学生获益的程度和广度,而不是比赛的规模和级别.比赛内容的选取、指导教师的水平、学生的参赛态度影响着学生从技能比赛获益的程度,而参赛方案的制定和执行、比赛经验的总结扣应用影响着学生从技能比赛获益的广度。对此,要从比赛各阶段的组织工作、比赛的点评、企业专家的参与、比赛的总结工作、以比赛促进教学改革等方面质来提高学生技能比赛的质量。
Vocational school students to participate in various levels of skills competition, its quality level depends on the extent and breadth of it benefit the students, rather than the size and level oftbe game. Selection of game content, the level of the instructor, students participating attitude affects students benefit from the skills competition, competition program de- velopment and implementation, the game and experience and affect the breadth of students to benefit from the skills compe- tition. In this regard, the organization oftbe work oftbe various stages from the game, game reviews, tbe participation of ex- perts of the enterprise, summing up the work of the game, to the game to promote teaching rcforrn and other aspects of quality to improve the quality of students' skills competition.
