摘要
通过拉伸试验、弯曲试验、脉动拉伸疲劳试验、硬度试验以及金相显微组织分析,对1.5 mm厚06Cr19Ni10不锈钢的冷金属过渡焊焊接接头的组织与性能进行研究。结果表明:06Cr19Ni10不锈钢冷金属过渡焊焊缝的δ铁素体含量约为8.0%;焊缝组织为网状、骨架状δ铁素体均匀分布在奥氏体基体上;冷金属过渡焊焊接接头具有良好的弯曲性能、拉伸性能,平均抗拉强度为684 MPa;焊缝中心硬度值为230HV,硬度值由熔合线向焊缝中心逐渐提高;焊接接头(保留余高)的疲劳强度为251 MPa。
The tensile test,bending test,pulsating tensile fatigue test,hardness test and microstructures analysis were carried out to study the microstructures and properties of welded joints of 1.5 mm thick 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel obtained by cold metal transfer welding. The results show that δ-ferrite content in welded seam of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel is about 8%;the microstructure in welding center is network,and skeleton δ-ferrite is uniformly distributed in the austenite matrix;the welded joints have good bending properties and tensile properties,the average tensile strength is 684 MPa;the hardness value of the welded center is 230 HV,and the hardness value gradually increases from fusion line to welded center;the fatigue strength of welded joints(keep the remaining high)is 251 MPa.
