摘要
采用脉动拉伸试验方法分别测试了指定寿命为1×10^7次循环下6005A铝合金母材、双丝MIG焊对接接头及激光-双丝MIG复合焊对接接头的疲劳性能。疲劳测试结果表明,在该试验条件下,6005A铝合金母材的疲劳强度为100MPa,与铝合金母材相比,焊接接头的疲劳性能略有降低,双丝MIG焊接头的疲劳强度约为86MPa,激光-双丝MIG复合焊接头的疲劳强度约为91MPa,激光-双丝MIG复合焊对接接头的疲劳性能优于双丝MIG焊对接接头的疲劳性能。
Fatigue properties of 6005A aluminum alloy base material and joints welded by tandem MIG(metal inert-gas) welding and lasertandem MIG hybrid welding were tested with pulsed tensile fatigue method in the condition of 1×10~7 lifetime,respectively.The test results demonstrated that the fatigue strength of the joints was a little lower than that of 6005A base material which can be up to 100 MPa.But the fatigue strength of hybrid welding joints was 91 MPa,which was slightly higher than 86 MPa of tandem MIG welded joints.
