高职护理专业在校学生对课外开放实训管理意见的调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解我校高职护生对开放式实训室现状的看法,以便更好地改善开放式护理实训室的管理工作。方法自制问卷,随机抽取我校高职一年级、二年级781名护生进行无记名问卷调查。结果不同年级大多数学生都重视课外操作训练,对护理系课外开放实训设备与实训管理方面感到满意,但多数学生均对课外实训的预约方面感到困难;一年级学生对课外开放实训存在问题的意见大于二年级学生(P<0.01);不同年级学生对课外开放护理实训需求不太相同(P<0.01)。结论应该根据不同年级学生的特点与需求,针对性改进课外开放护理实训管理工作,才能提高课外开放实训质量。 Objective To know the vocational nursing students' satisfaction on opening training room in Fujian Health College,so as to improve the management of opening training room. Methods A random sample of 781 nursing students from first and second grades was investigated by self- administered questionnaire. Results Most of students attached great importance to opening training after class and were satisficed to the training equipment and training management,but most of students felt difficult to order the opening training room. The first grade students had more questions than second grade students( P〈0. 01); there were significant differences on the requirements between different grades( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The management of opening training room should be improved based on the students' characteristics and requirements and targeted to improve the quality of nursing opening training.
