摘要
目的探讨护理实训课实验室实行开放管理的意义与实践。方法将2个班120名学生随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60名。实验组护理实训课实验室实行开放管理模式,对照组采用常规实验教学管理方法。期末通过综合技能考核和问卷调查对实验室开发管理的效果进行评价。结果观察组操作技能和职业素养成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生的学习兴趣培养、动手创新能力和协作精神等方面能力均较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。结论加强护理实训实验室开放管理,有助于提高各项操作技能的熟练程度,在培养学生学习兴趣、动手创新能力及团队合作意识方面发挥重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the significance and practice of implement of open management in care training laboratory.Methods One hundred and twenty students in two classes were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 60 cases.The experimental group was given the open management model in care practice course laboratory,while the control group was given the conventional experimental teaching method.The effect of the laboratory development and management was evaluated at the end of the comprehensive skills assessment and survey.Results Operational skills and professionalism results of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P 0.05);students' interest of the observation group training,hands-on innovation ability and spirit of collaboration and capac ity increased significantly compared with the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the management of nursing training laboratory can help to improve the proficiency of the skills,and it plays an important role in the students' interest in learning,hands-on creative ability and sense of teamwork.
