With the development of scientific technology and higher education, we have to make use of new idea of the lab construction and management in order to improve the level of them. Only when we grasp the tendency of the development of experimental technology, we can ensure the advance of the lab construction and the experimental teaching content. It is the key of nurturing crossing-century people of talent to construct a favorable, open experimental teaching circumstances and conditions.
