摘要
目的:构建新型开放护理实训室的模式,提高护理实训课水平,促进护理专业学生综合素质的提高。方法:参考近几年有关护理实训室开放的研究文献,对护理开放实训的管理进行了分析,同时,结合自己在实训室工作管理经验,对加强开放实训室管理进行改革与实践。结果:新型开放护理实训室的模式,有助于培养学生学习的积极性、主动性与创造性,强化学生的责任意识,促使学生的评判性思维能力、创新精神等综合能力得以全面提升。结论:科学、系统的实训室管理是提高开放质量的前提,只有创新思维、顺应时代的步伐,才能培养出高素质的护理人才。
Objective ： To eonstructe a new open model of nursing training room, raise the level of nursing training courses, and improve the overall quality of nursing students. Methods ： To collate the recent literatures in the open of nursing training room, practical training for ursiug mana - gement and opening up an analysis, at the same time, combined with experience of the management in training room, reform and practice in strengthening the management in nursing training room. Results： The neotype mode of the open of nursing training room conduces to euhivating pesitiv/ty activeness and creativeness ,reinfor- cing the the students＇ obligation consciousness,precipitating in the overall promoting the students＇ ability of judge thinking ang creative spirit. Conclusions： The scientific and systematic management of the nursing training room is the basic of improving the open quality, comply with the pace of innovative thinking and acclimation period, cultivate high -quality nursing talented man.
