摘要
目的探索跑步对军校新生注意抗干扰的影响。方法 51位军校新生被分成实验组和对照组。采用组间设计和组内设计,研究3000 m跑对军校新生注意抗干扰的影响情况。结果实验组与对照组的"加法接龙"实验,在总正确数、第二个15s正确数和最后一个15s正确数中,前测差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),后测差异有统计学意义(t=2.21,2.10,2.34,P<0.05)。对照组在总正确数、第二个15s正确数和最后一个15s正确数中,前测与后测之间差异没有统计学意义;实验组差异有统计学意义(t=-3.91,P<0.01;t=-3.74,P<0.01;t=-2.70,P<0.05)。结论 3000 m跑对军校新生注意抗干扰有一定影响,因此军人应该科学的、循序渐进地进行体能训练。
Objective To explore the influence of running on attention anti-interference of freshmen in the military college.Methods Freshmen were investigated in a military college.Fifty-one students were randomly divided into experimental and control group,experimental group ran three kilometers(km).The effect of 3km running on attention anti-interference was studied through within-subject design and between-subject design.Results Before running,there was no significant difference in the total number of correct,second 15-second and last 15-second of additive operation between two groups(P〉0.05)in the"Add Solitaire"experiment.After running,there was significant differences of those between two groups(t=2.21,2.10,2.34,P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the total number of correct,second 15-second and last 15-second of additive operation between pre-test and post-test results in the control group(P〉0.05);there was significant differences of those in the experimental group(t=-3.91,P〈0.01;t=-3.74,P〈0.01;t=-2.70,P〈0.05).Conclusion 3 km running influences attention anti-interference of freshmen in the military college,so physical training should scientifically be carried out step by step.
