Microstructure and Mechanical Property of 590FR Refractory Construction Steel

摘要 以590FR耐火建筑钢为研究对象,研究了回火处理对耐火钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,经回火处理后,金相组织中有到大量岛状结构。回火温度低于700℃时,590FR耐火建筑钢晶粒大小变化不大。回火温度高于700℃时,590FR耐火建筑钢晶粒迅速长大,由6μm左右长大到7.23μm。随回火温度的升高,铁素体的面积分数变化不大;M-A相面积分数不断减小。回火处理后590FR耐火建筑钢屈服强度升高,抗拉强度降低。 590FR refractory construction steel was tempered at different temperatures. The effects of tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical property of the refractory steel were analyzed. The results show that after tempering treatment, the microstructure of island structure can be observed. When the tempering temperature is lower than700℃, the grain sizes of refractory steel change little; but when the tempering temperature is higher than 700 ℃, the grain sizes of refractory steel increase drastically. When the tempering temperature achieves 800℃, the grain sizes of refractory steel reach 7.23 μm. The area fraction of ferrite is constant with tempering temperature increasing, but the M-A area fraction decreases gradually. After tempering treatment, the yield strength increases, and the tensile strength decreases.
