摘要
通过对近β钛合金TB6进行不同温度热处理,研究了各温度下其显微组织和晶粒度大小变化。研究结果表明:钛合金TB6的最佳热处理温度为790℃,在此温度下进行热处理,可以获得较好的显微组织形态且β相可以达到95%左右;晶粒度比较均匀且达到等轴状态,晶粒度为4~4.5级。
Through different temperatures of the nearly β phase TB6 titanium alloy heat treatment was studied microstruc- ture and grain size under various temperature. The results showed that the best heat treatment temperature of TB6 titanium alloy is 790℃, at this temperature for heat treatment can get better microstructure morphology and β phase can reach about 95%; Grain size is evener and achieve the equiaxial state, grain size is 4~4.5 grade.
