摘要
GH4 16 9合金在 85 0℃、95 0℃和 10 4 0℃条件下氧化符合抛物线动力学规律 .氧化物层为Ti0 95Nb0 95O4+Cr2 O3 +(Cr .Fe) 2 O3 的复杂结构 ,高温下氧元素扩散导致氧化层为岛状结构 ,在一定氧化时间 ,氧化层深度与温度是对数函数关系 ,氧化反应激活能为 14 3 5 2kJ/mol.温度高于 10 4 0℃氧化物剥落 .
In this paper,the oxidation behavior of superalloy GH 4169 was reported.The change of substrate of the oxidized alloy and the oxide scale was examined by means of SEM,X-ray diffraction and etc.The results indicate that the oxide scale cansisted of Ti_ 0.95 Nb_ 0.95 O_4+Cr_2O_3+(Cr.Fe)_2O_3.The island-like structure of the oxide scale shows a due to the oxygen inwords diffusion at high temperature.The thickness of oxide scale shows a logarithm function of temperature at a certain time,and the activation energy of oxidation reaction is 143.52 kJ/mol.The oxide scale will be spalled off when temperature excede 1040℃.
