摘要
采用不同的机械振动频率进行了490MPa级建筑耐火钢的搅拌铸造,并进行耐火钢显微组织、室温及高温力学性能的测试分析。结果表明:机械振动搅拌铸造可细化建筑耐火钢组织,提高耐火钢的室温和高温力学性能及抗火灾能力。随机械振动频率从0逐渐增加到55Hz,耐火钢的室温及高温强度、25℃屈强比、600℃屈强比、600℃屈服强度与25℃屈服强度的比值均先增大后减小,耐火钢抗火灾能力先提高后下降。与不采用机械振动搅拌铸造相比,采用机械振动频率35 Hz搅拌铸造的耐火钢的25℃屈强比从0.71增大到0.79,600℃屈强比从0.64增大到0.74,600℃屈服强度与25℃屈服强度的比值从0.75增大到0.82,耐火钢抗火灾能力得到明显改善。490MPa级建筑耐火钢搅拌铸造的机械振动频率优选为35 Hz。
Stirring casting of 490 MPa grade building fire-resistant steel was carried out with different mechanical vibration frequencies, and the microstructure, room temperature and high temperature mechanical properties of the steel were tested and analyzed. The results show that mechanical vibration stiring casting can refine the structure of building fire-resistant steel, improve the mechanical properties and fire resistance of fire-resistant steel at room temperature and high temperature.With the mechanical vibration frequency increasing from 0 to 55 Hz, the room temperature and high temperature strengths,yield ratio at 25℃, yield ratio at 600℃ and the ratio of yield strength at 600℃ to yield strength at 25℃of fire-resistant steel first increase and then decrease, and the fire resistance of fire-resistant steel first increases and then decreases. Compared with those of no mechanical vibration stirring casting, the yield ratio at 25℃ of fire-resistant steel with mechanical vibration frequency of 35 Hz stirring casting increases from 0.71 to 0.79, the yield ratio at 600℃ increases from 0.64 to 0.74, the ratio of yield strength at 600℃ to yield strength at 25℃ increases from 0.75 to 0.82, and the fire resistance of fire-resistant steel is obviously improved. The optimum mechanical vibration frequency of 490 MPa grade building fire-resistant steel is 35 Hz.
