摘要
目的:筛选对人卵巢癌SK-OV-3细胞具有增殖抑制作用的中药以指导临床治疗。方法:体外培养人卵巢癌细胞SK-OV-3,加入不同浓度的中药提取物,48 h后用MTT法检测其增殖活性,计算各提取物的半数抑制浓度及不同浓度下9种中药对人卵巢癌SK-OV-3细胞的抑制率,分析药物浓度与抑制率的关系。结果:9种中药不同浓度的提取物均能抑制SK-OV-3细胞增殖,抑制率随着浓度的增大而逐渐增强,并呈剂量依赖关系。结论:筛选对人卵巢癌SK-OV-3细胞具有抑制作用的中药能够有效地指导临床用药。
Objective: Screening for ovarian cancer SK-OV-3 cells proliferation inhibition of traditional Chinese medicine to guide clinical treatment. Methods: Culture in vitroin vitro human ovarian cancer cells SK-OV-3,adding different concentration of traditional Chinese medicine extract,after 48 h with determined by MTT method to detect the proliferation activity,extract half inhibitory concentration is calculated under different concentrations and 9 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) on human ovarian cancer SK-OV-3 cells inhibition rate,analyzes the relations between drug concentration and inhibition rate. Results: 9 kinds of different concentrations of Chinese traditional medicine extract can inhibit SK-OV-3 cells proliferation,inhibition rate increased with the increase of concentration,and a dose-response relationship. Conclusion: Screening for ovarian cancer SK-OV-3 cells with inhibition of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively guide the clinical medication.
