化铁丹加味方治疗食管癌经验初探

摘要 目的:探究古方化铁丹的抗肿瘤作用,寻求中医药治疗食管癌的思路和方法。方法:利用古代文献记载和现代药理学研究成果,并结合自身临证经验,归纳总结出化铁丹加味方;采用方证结合的方法,结合临证医案,探究该方剂治疗食管癌的理论依据。结果和结论:化铁丹加味方可与现代医学治疗手段相结合治疗食管癌,临床治疗效果理想,具有较好的临床应用前景,值得进一步挖掘和整理。 Objective:Explore the antitumor effect of the ancient prescription Huatiedan to seek the ideas and methods of treating esophageal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Ancient literature records and modern pharmacological research results were uded,combined with own clinical experience,to sum up the supplemented Huatiedan decoction.The theoretical basis of this prescription for the treatment of esophageal cancer was explored by combining prescription with syndrome and clinical medical cases.Results and Conclusion:Supplemented Huatiedan decoction can be combined with modern medical treatment methods in the treatment of esophageal cancer,and the clinical effect is ideal.It has a good clinical application prospect,and is worthy of further exploration and sorting.
