摘要
目的 分析贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗难治性高血压的疗效。方法 回顾性分析我院2014年2月~2015年2月收治的128例难治性高血压患者的临床资料,按不同的治疗方案分为两组,各64例,对照组予以贝那普利治疗,研究组予以贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗,比较两组治疗前后血压变化情况、临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗后血压水平下降幅度较对照组高,总有效率为92.19%,高于对照组的57.81%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组不良反应总发生率为9.38%,较对照组的4.69%略高,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗难治性高血压疗效确切,可有效降低血压,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of benazepril combined with amlodipine in the treatment of refractory hy- pertension. Methods The clinical data of 128 patients with refractory hypertension treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were reviewed and divided into two groups,with 64 cases in each group,according to the different treatments given.Patients in control group were treated with benazepril,whereas those in study group were given benazepril combined with amlodipine for treatment.The changes in blood pressure,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The blood pressure levels after the treatment decreased more significantly in study group than control group,and the total efficiency in study group was 92.19%, higher than that in control group,which was 57.81%,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in study group was 9.38%,slightly higher than that of control group,which was 4.69%,yet without significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Benazepril combined with amlodipine is very effective in the treatment of refractory hypertension,which can effectively reduce blood pressure,yet with security,thus it is worth clinical application.
