摘要
目的观察氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果及不良反应。方法 63例高血压合并冠心病患者随机分为两组,对照组30例采用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组33例采用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,两组疗程均为8周,比较两组患者治疗前后血压、血脂指标变化及治疗期间出现的不良反应。结果两组患者治疗后的收缩压及舒张压均明显下降,且观察组下降较对照组更为显著(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的TG、TC、LDL-C均明显下降,而HDL-C明显升高,且观察组下降或升高较对照组更为显著(P<0.05),两组患者治疗期间未出现严重不良反应。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病可明显改善患者的血压、血脂等,安全可靠,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect and adverse reactions of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods 63 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the two groups,the＇control group （n=30） was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablet,the observation group （n=33） was treated with amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet,the course of both groups were all 8 weeks.The blood pressure,blood fat index change before and after treatment and adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups after treatment significantly decreased,and the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C of the two groups after treatment significantly decreased,and HDL-C significantly increased,and the indexes of observation group fall or rise more significantly than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet treating hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease could significantly improve the laboratory indexes of patients,such as blood pressure,blood fat,in is safe and reliable,and it is worthy of wide clinical application.
