摘要
为了快速准确制定产品生产的标准时间,针对大规模定制环境下标准时间的不确定性,考虑个体作业能力差异,研究了员工作业能力与标准时间之间的关系。首先,通过分析影响员工作业能力的关键因素,构建员工作业能力评价指标体系,运用熵权法和群决策理论综合考虑各种因素,求解员工作业能力。其次,定义员工作业能力指数,运用Matlab曲线拟合确定员工作业能力和作业能力指数之间的函数关系,进而制定标准时间。最后,运用Z公司喷油泵装配线8个工位的标准时间制定为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
According to uncertainty of standard time in Mass Customization enyironment, the relationship between staff's work ability and standard time was researched account of the differences of individual work ability, in order to set production standard time quickly and accurately. Firstly,analyzing the key factors affecting the ability of the operator,the evaluation in- dex syatem that influeneed ability of the operator was built. Entropy value method and group decision theory were introduced to analyze influencing various factors to solve the staff performance capacity. Secondly, definiting staff's work ability index, the correlative funetion of the operational capability index and performance capacity was built based on Matlab, and then the standard time was developed, Finnally,the example of setting standard time of 8 stations in fuel injection pump assembly line of Zcompany verified the feasibility and validity of this method.
