标准时间的确定为企业制定生产计划提供科学依据,可更有效地提高企业效率。本文用案例形式介绍了某三资制造企业对某规格二极管23道生产工序标准时间的详细设计流程。希望本文能对国内企业有一定帮助。
Standard Time provides scientific condition for companies to make reasonable production plan and is helpful for companies to improve their efficiency. By means of a case study, the paper introduces the process of applying Standard Time to 23 working operatinons of one special diode product in a joint venture company and wishing it can be helpful for domestic enterprises.
