摘要
为了快速准确地实现零件工时的估算,针对大规模定制环境下工时的不确定性,研究了工序加工难度与工时之间的关系,提出一种基于工序难度系数的工时估算方法。建立基于铸造、压力加工等九大板块的工序难度系数模型,该模型引入层次分析法和群决策理论,综合考虑影响工序加工难度的各种因素。基于已有工时信息和数据库系统的查询功能,运用MATLAB曲线拟合工具箱确定工序难度系数和工时的关系函数,同时结合编码技术提高工时估算的效率。通过范例和与已有算法的对比实验证明了该方法的适用性和有效性。
To realize the estimation of part labor hour rapidly, the relationship between difficulty coefficient of process and labor hour was researched according to uncertainty of labor hour in mass customization environment, and a labor hour estimation method based on difficulty coefficient of process was proposed. The mathematical model based on nine plates of difficulty coefficient of process such as casting and forming was built. In this model, analytic hierarchy progress and group decision theory were introduced to analyze influencing factors of difficulty coefficient of process comprehensively. The correlative function of the process difficulty coefficient and the labor hour was built based on Matlab and inquiring function of database system. By combining with the coding technology, the efficiency of calculating labor hour was improved. The effectiveness and usability of this method was verified by examples and comparative experiments.
