摘要
建立固相萃取-气质联用法检测7类食用植物油中角鲨烯的方法。采用正己烷直接萃取,Cleanert Si固相萃取小柱净化,洗脱液经浓缩定容后,直接用气相色谱-质谱仪测定。结果显示,方法在1.0-50 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999;最低检出限为0.02 mg/kg。对植物油进行加标实验,加标平均回收率为95.17%-105%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%(n=6)。该方法净化效果好,能有效消除脂肪酸的干扰;方法简便、快捷,准确度高、重现性好,且溶剂消耗量小,对环境友好。
A simultaneous and fast determination of squalene in 7 kind of edible vegetable oils by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) was developed.After n-hexane extraction,the Cleanert Si SPE were introduced to prepare squalene in the oil sample.After concentration,the extract was directly injected into gas chromatography spectrometry(GC-MS).The linear range of method was 10-500 mg/L(r=0.9999).The detection limit of squalene was 0.2 mg/kg.Quantitative recoveries were 95.17% -105% by analysis of spiked vegetable oil.The relative standard deviations were less than 5.0% (n=6).The method could potentially overcome the interference from large amounts of lipids and pigment,have good purification effect,the method appeared to simple,accurate,and have good repeatability,and the solvent consumption is small,friendly to environment.
